Wade Licup, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Wade is a Family Physician with 4 years of experience. He graduated from the American University of
the Caribbean with his Doctorate in Medicine and completed his medical residency training through the
UC Davis Family Medicine Program in Merced. He provides comprehensive primary care services for all
ages, with a passion for preventative care and optimization of wellness. He also has expertise in the
management of chronic conditions.
Dr. Licup has experience providing a continuum of care in primary care clinics, urgent care clinics, and
inpatient hospital settings. He is dedicated to listening to the patients and partnering with them for their
medical needs.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Licup’s hobbies include weightlifting, listening to music, and keeping up
with the latest technology. He also enjoys trying new restaurants, reading books, and spending time
with family and friends.

Lindsey Licup, MSN, FNP-BC
Chief Executive Officer
Lindsey is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner who founded Haus of Well. Her primary focus is on the holistic approach to health, wellness, and beauty. Her passion for aesthetic medicine drove her to become competent in the area and strive to become the kind of provider she had always dreamed of becoming for herself. Her approach is conservative and committed to offering clear suggestions to accentuate one’s natural features. She recognizes that true beauty comes from within and aims to enhance the natural features of each individual while promoting their overall health and wellness. She believes in empowering individuals to feel confident and comfortable in their skin, embracing their unique qualities.
